5. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Certain products on our website have Minimum Order Quantity requirements based on pricing:

  • Products ≤ ₹100: Minimum order quantity of 5 units
  • Products > ₹100: No minimum order requirement (MOQ = 1)

5.1 MOQ Display

The minimum order quantity is clearly displayed on each product page. Orders below the MOQ will not be accepted.

5.2 MOQ Enforcement

  • Our checkout system automatically enforces MOQ requirements
  • You cannot proceed to payment if your quantity is below MOQ

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Shipping Areas

We currently ship to:

  • Primary Area: Delhi NCR (Free shipping + COD available)
  • Secondary Area: All India (Shipping charges apply) if mentioned on product page

6.2 Shipping Charges

  • Delhi NCR: Free shipping on all orders
  • Bulk Orders: Contact us for special shipping rates

6.3 Delivery Timeline

  • Delhi NCR: 3-5 business days

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

6.4 Delivery Address

  • Provide complete and accurate delivery address
  • Include landmark, flat/house number, and phone number
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery
  • We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect address

6.5 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Estimated delivery date

6.6 Failed Delivery Attempts

8. Product Warranties

8.1 Manufacturer's Warranty

All products come with manufacturer's warranty:

  • All out products offer 3 Months Manufacturer's Warranty
  • We will assist in facilitating warranty claims

8.2 Smart Sphere's Limited Warranty

Products sold by Smart Sphere are warranted to be free from defects at the time of delivery. This warranty:

  • Covers manufacturing defects only
  • Does not cover normal wear and tear
  • Does not cover damage from misuse or accidents
  • Is valid only for 7 days from delivery (return window)
