✓ Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

Eligible for Return:

  • Product received is defective or malfunctioning
  • Product received is damaged during shipping
  • Product received is different from what was ordered
  • Product is missing parts or accessories mentioned in description
  • Product has manufacturing defects

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse

  • Original packaging has been discarded

You must initiate a return request within 7 days from the delivery date.

The 7-day return window starts from the date of delivery, not the date of order. Please inspect your product immediately upon delivery to ensure you have sufficient time to report any defects.

🔄 How to Return a Product

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return:

  1. Contact Customer Support
    Email us at support@smartsphere.in or call us with your order details. Include your order number, product code, and a description of the defect with photos/videos if possible. Also share your UPI / Bank Details
  2. Wait for Approval
    Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours. We may ask for additional photos or videos to assess the defect. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions and a return authorization number.
  3. Pack the Product
    Pack the product securely in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and free gifts (if any). Include a note with your order number and return authorization number.
  4. Ship the Product
    We will arrange for free pickup from your address (for Delhi NCR).
  5. Receive Refund
    Once we receive and inspect the returned product (2-3 business days), your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to

To ensure a smooth return process, please ensure the product meets these conditions:

  • Product is in its original packaging (box, plastic wrap, etc.)
  • All accessories, cables, manuals, and freebies are included
  • Product has not been tampered with or modified
  • No signs of physical damage caused by customer (scratches, dents, etc.)
  • Product serial number and labels are intact
  • Warranty card (if applicable) is unused and included

We reserve the right to reject returns if:

  • Product is not in the required condition mentioned above
  • Return request is made after the 7-day window
  • Product shows signs of misuse or damage by customer
  • Product has been used extensively beyond testing
  • Original packaging or accessories are missing

In such cases, the product will be shipped back to you at your expense.

  • Product price (100%)
  • Any taxes paid

You will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid. There are no restocking fees or deductions for approved returns of defective products.

If you receive a defective product and wish to get the same product again, please:

  1. Return the defective product following our return process
  2. Receive your full refund

All of our products come with manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims are handled separately from our return policy.
