At Smart Sphere, we currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method. This means you pay for your order in cash when it is delivered to your doorstep.

  4. Delivery to Your Doorstep Our delivery partner will bring your order to your address. You'll receive a call before delivery.
  5. Make Payment in Cash If satisfied, pay the exact order amount in cash to the delivery person. Get your receipt/invoice.

2.2 Order Limits

There are no minimum or maximum order limits for COD payments. However, please note:

  • Stock Availability: COD is subject to product availability at the time of order placement

3. Payment Terms and Conditions

Please keep the exact order amount ready for payment. Our delivery partners may not always carry change for large denomination notes. If you don't have exact change:

Upon receiving your payment:

  • Delivery partner will provide you with a signed receipt/invoice
  • Receipt includes order details, payment amount, and delivery confirmation
  • Keep this receipt for your records and warranty purposes
  • You'll also receive an email confirmation of payment and delivery

3.3 Order Cancellation Before Delivery

Since no advance payment is required:

  • You can cancel your order anytime before delivery at no cost
  • Contact us via phone or email to cancel
  • Once order is dispatched, cancellation may incur shipping charges

3.4 Refusal to Accept Delivery

If you refuse to accept delivery or make payment:

  • The order will be returned to us
  • We may charge return shipping fees (if applicable)
  • Repeated order cancellations may result in COD being disabled for your account
  • We reserve the right to refuse future COD orders in case of abuse

  • Payment Ready: Keep exact cash amount ready
  • Collect Receipt: Obtain the signed invoice/receipt from delivery partner

5.3 Inspection Guidelines

What to Check Before Payment

  • ✓ No visible damage to products
  • ✓ All accessories and parts are included
  • ✓ Warranty card and manual (if applicable) are present

Important: Once you make payment and accept delivery, you acknowledge that you have inspected and accepted the products. Claims for missing items or wrong products should be raised immediately before payment.
